This piece was inspired by a walk through Beaufort, SC after the rain had ceased. I was inspired by the sunlight coming through the limbs and the Spanish moss hanging from the tree. I've always loved walking along sidewalks in historic neighborhoods and this piece captures the way the evening felt to me. Oil on linen.
