Dreamcatcher

Dream Catcher is a beautiful artwork depicting a young girl catching fireflies in the night. When I first thought of it, I felt a surge of hope and motivation, inspiring me to pursue my own purpose in life. In the painting, the girl holds a jar filled with her previous accomplishments but continues striving to catch more fireflies. The light from the fireflies illuminates her face, symbolizing her happiness and triumph over darkness. This artwork is particularly special to me because I struggled to bring my idea to life. However, knowing the finished painting inspired me to keep trying. With my niece as the model for this painting, I could finish it. Both of my nieces now come to me for advice and tips on drawing, which motivates me to chase my dreams even harder.
