Siberian Husky is bred as a working dog that pulls sleds in the winter. It looks fierce and unfriendly but it is a gentle and friendly dog. They are intelligent, energetic, active, and can withstand freezing weather. The special features of the Siberian Husky are: That each eye can have different colors, and the husky has a double coat to protect itself against the harsh winter, It is a medium-weight dog. It doesn’t bark like other dogs, it howls and needs lots of exercise.

When I painted this Husky, I wanted to show most of his distinctive characters in the painting. I put this young pup in a frigid environment and showed his vitality and independent spirit.
