Beaver Dam

This painting was painted with watercolor on an underpainting done with dry pigment splatter which included charcoal, instant coffee, and dry pigment. I really enjoy the texture this technique creates, and I enjoy choosing my subject based on the gifts that are given to me by the serendipitous underpainting.
