This painting was done on April 1, 2024, at Joseph D. Grant County Park. This was one of the rare times when the grass was green after the rain. Just a few days later, it would turn back to golden yellow and most likely remain that way for the rest of the year. The view was wonderful indeed, with the hills covered in green.
