Paradise Found

RVing through the Icefields Parkway, and all points in between I shot many a grotto and waterfall. Wishing to emulate the ordered chaos of nature, using very wet paper I dipped my large hake into three pigments and dropped pigment in, watching it explode into the rivulets of water, swooshing the brush into the dry, working quickly. I then lived with the piece a few weeks thinking about the sense of serenity that I felt in such a place, then the subject, only hinted at came into my head. A hidden treasure of peace and nature that still resonates within me.
